Teacher Activities
Eastside MTA Purpose: To encourage all members to actively participate in our chapter.
Procedure
After successfully participating in AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT of the following activities during the coming year, please fill out the form below as a submission, you will have a designation added to your name in the following year’s EMTA Yearbook. This will indicate that you are a “Participating Member” in activities benefitting the chapter and your own professional education. If you have questions, please contact Sam Beckert.

Dues Schedule
Membership Year
Membership Year July 1st – June 30th
New members joining after January 1st will pay half year rate.
Fees
2023-2024 Fees: $186 ($97 MTNA, $53 WSMTA, $36 EMTA)
June 30 ~ MTNA Dues Renewal Deadline
Join / Renew Eastside MTA Membership
August 1 ~ for renewing MTNA membership to be eligible to enter students in the MTNA Performance, WSMTA Outstanding Artists Competitions, and MTNA Composition Competition.
October 15 ~ for renewing MTNA membership dues to be eligible to enter students in Chapter MAP .
January 2 ~ for new members to have paid MTNA dues to be eligible to participate in WSMTA MAP.
Payment of Dues Renewal Procedure
When the MTNA renewal statements arrive in April, each teacher is expected to send national, state, and local dues directly to the MTNA headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, or to renew online at www.mtna.org, by the received deadline of June 30. If you have misplaced your renewal form, and are not able to access online renewal, you may send your check marked with EASTSIDE CHAPTER with a note explaining to:
