We are pleased to offer EMTA students the opportunity to perform within the chapter. These fun, informal recitals will be held at the Stage 7 Piano Gallery in Kirkland, 12037 124th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA.

Recitals are scheduled at 5:15-6:45pm on Sundays. Students shall arrive about 10-to-15 minutes before the recital begins to confirm their name and age. The order of the performance is determined by age, from youngest to oldest student. Students shall introduce themselves and their pieces to the audience, and they may perform more than one piece as long as the entire time used by the teacher does not exceed their time allowance. Pieces do not have to be memorized, and there is no formal dress required. Proper recital etiquette is expected. Instrumentalists and vocalists, as well as pianists, are welcome to perform. Ensemble playing is allowed. 

To register students for any of these recitals, contact Pei-Hsin Kao at any time up to a week before the recital. At that time, give her the amount of time you would like to reserve for your students, with a maximum of 10-to-15 minutes per teacher. In this way, potentially each recital can accommodate about 5-8 studios within the 1.5 hour time frame. This event does not require a cash deposit. The rental of the venue is only for 1.5 hour, and we must not go past that time period.
